This Privacy Policy describes how NextGen Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the Numerology Guru mobile application. We build our products with strict data minimization: all core calculations occur locally on your device, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Local On-Device Calculation

To generate personal numerological charts (Life Path, Destiny, Soul Urge, and Pythagorean cycles), you may enter your full name and date of birth into the application. All calculation logic executes strictly on your local device. Your personal name and birth date are never transmitted to our remote servers, never recorded in cloud databases, and never shared with external third parties.

2. Anonymous Diagnostics and Telemetry

We do not track your real-world identity or monitor your activity across external applications. We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config to monitor application usage, troubleshoot bugs, and deliver configuration updates. These tools collect anonymous diagnostic telemetry, not your name or birth date.

3. Advertisements & Billing

• Google AdMob: Google AdMob is integrated to serve contextual advertisements. Consent is managed through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and AdMob collects your Advertising ID to serve ads in compliance with Google Play Developer policies. You can manage personalized advertising preferences within your device operating system settings.
• Google Play In-App Billing: If you purchase feature unlocks, payment processing is executed securely by Google Play. We never collect or store your payment card numbers or banking information.

4. Your Statutory Rights (DPDP Act, India)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have rights regarding your personal data. Because Numerology Guru stores calculation inputs strictly on your local device storage, you can erase your data immediately at any time by clearing application storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app.
