Account & Data Deletion

Snap Call · Package in.nextgenstudios.snapcall

You can delete your Snap Call account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to ask.

Deletion is final. Any chips on the account are forfeited, including chips you paid for. Chips are not money and are never paid out, so there is nothing to refund. If you want a refund for a recent purchase, ask Google Play before you delete.

In the app

Profile → ⚙ Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm once. The account is gone when you confirm.

By email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot get into your account, write to contact@nextgenstudios.in with the subject “Delete my Snap Call account”.

Include your player name, and the Google account email if you linked one. We need enough to be sure the account is yours — we will ask rather than guess. We act on the request within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is erased

  • Your display name and emoji.
  • Your device identifier and any linked Google sign-in.
  • Your email address, if you verified one.
  • Push notification tokens for your devices.
  • Your chip balance. Remaining chips are forfeited.

What is kept, and why

  • Games you played in. A game is a shared record of a table other people also sat at, so it cannot be removed without deleting their history too. Your account id is stripped from it, and you appear as a deleted player.
  • The chip transaction ledger. Kept for accounting and fraud checks, as the law requires of financial records. It holds amounts and timestamps, not your name.

Neither of these can identify you after deletion.

How long it takes

Deleting from inside the app is immediate. An emailed request is acted on within 30 days, usually far sooner. Backups roll off within 35 days of that, after which nothing remains anywhere.
