Write to contact@nextgenstudios.in and we will answer within two working days. Tell us your player name and roughly when the problem happened — that is usually enough for us to find it.

I cannot get back into my account

Your account lives on the device by default. If you still have the phone you played on, open the app and it should sign you back in.

If you have lost the phone, we can only restore an account that was linked to a Google account before it went missing. Write to us with the email you linked and we will look.

Link an account before you need to

Settings → Account → Link a Google account. It takes a few seconds and it is the only thing that survives a lost phone. Chips you paid for do not come back without it.

I bought chips and they did not arrive

Google Play sometimes confirms a payment after the app has closed. Reopen Snap Call first — unconfirmed purchases are picked up on the next launch.

If they are still missing after that, send us the Google Play order number from your purchase email and we will credit them.

For a refund, ask Google Play. They process the payment, so they are the only ones who can reverse it. If Play declines and you think that is wrong, write to us.

My chip balance looks wrong

Games played offline against bots settle when the app next reaches the internet, so a balance can change after you reconnect. If the number still does not add up, write to us with the approximate time and we will read the ledger for that account.

Reporting a player

Use the report option on the player at the table. It sends us the game so we can see what happened without you having to describe it.

Chip dumping, collusion between two seats, and playing with more than one account are the things we act on fastest.

How the game works

Short answers about chips, free chips, the rake and the deck.

Are chips worth anything outside the game?

No. Chips are play chips with no cash value, and the game has no way to turn them back into money.

How do I get more chips?

Claim 500 free chips in the Store once every 12 hours. Watching an ad earns chips too.

How do the ads work?

Ads are optional. They are in the Store. The first ad pays 100 chips, the next 200, then 500, 1,000 and 2,000. Each step can be claimed once. The ladder starts over 24 hours after the first ad you watched in it.

What is the rake?

The rake is the cut we take from a pot: 2% of the pot, rounded down, with no cap. It comes out of the pot before the winner is paid and no player gets it. From a 1,000-chip pot, 20 chips are taken. The rake is the same at every table.

When is there no rake?

• The game ends before the flop.
• Everyone still playing is all-in before the flop.
• The pot is under 50 chips, because 2% of that rounds down to nothing.

A bet that nobody calls goes back to the player who made it and is not raked.

Why did I get back less than I put in on a split pot?

The rake comes out before the pot is split. If two players tie for a 200-chip pot, 4 chips are taken and each gets 98, though each put in 100.

Who shuffles the deck?

At online tables our server shuffles a fresh deck at the start of every game, before anyone acts. The cards are dealt from that shuffle and it does not change during the game. The app has no way for you to check the shuffle yourself.
