Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the app stores about you, why, and how to get rid of it. Plain version: we keep the least we can, we never sell it, and you can delete your account from inside the app.

What we collect

When you first open the app

The app creates an account for you on your device automatically — no signup, no email. We store a random device identifier so the app can recognise that device next time.

Your profile

The display name and emoji you pick. That is what other players see.

If you verify your email

Verifying is optional and never required — not even to buy chips. We suggest it after your first purchase, because paid chips on an unverified account do not survive losing your phone. If you verify, we store your Google account identifier and email address.

Chips and purchases

Your chip balance and a record of every chip transaction — bonuses, ads watched, purchases, table buy-ins and settlements. We keep this so balances stay correct and so purchases can be verified. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never see your card details.

Games you play

We record the games played at each table — the cards dealt and the actions each seat took — so results can be verified and disputes settled. These records identify players by account id only, not by name.

Ads

The only advertising SDK in the app is Google AdMob, described below, and ads play only when you choose to watch one. We use no analytics SDK, and we keep no record of how you move around the app.

Who else sees your data

• Google Play — processes purchases and confirms them to us.
• Google Sign-In — only if you choose to link an account.
• Google AdMob — serves the rewarded videos you choose to watch and confirms to us that you finished one. Your ad consent is collected the first time through Google's consent form, and you can change it in settings.
• Our hosting provider — runs the servers the app talks to.

That is the full list. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app. When you do:

• Your profile, sign-in links, and push tokens are erased.
• Any remaining chips are forfeited. Chips are not money and are never paid out, so there is nothing to refund.
• Past game records stay, because they are shared records of tables other players also sat at. Your account id is removed from them, so you appear only as a deleted player.
• The chip transaction ledger is kept for accounting and fraud checks, as the law requires for financial records.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@nextgenstudios.in and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This app is for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the app, email us and we will remove the account.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
